A true hidden gem in Florence. An intimate, cozy bistro where locals gather and tourists rarely go—unless they are adventurous—and that says everything. The food was the best we’ve had in Florence, surpassing even a Michelin-star dining experience. The prosciutto, carpaccio, lasagna, and carbonara were outstanding, and the tiramisu unforgettable. Every dish showed exceptional attention to detail and respect for quality ingredients. Outstanding service by Simone and the owner made the evening even more special. If you want a real culinary experience, skip the tourist traps and venture deeper into Firenze. Gustapanino will leave a lasting impression.

A wonderful tavern in the heart of Florence, with two cosy dining rooms — one at the entrance and another in the back. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. We ordered delicious crostini (toasted bread topped with different spreads, cheeses and ingredients). Everything was excellent — great flavours and generous portions. Prices are reasonable, and the service was friendly and attentive. A lovely spot for a relaxed meal in Piazza Santo Spirito. Highly recommended.

I am from America and I am so amazed by how beautiful everything is about this restaurant. From the atmosphere to the servers, this restaurant leaves you with a smile and happy stomach. The servers are so pleasant, respectful, and kind. They have personable and polite service that makes you enjoy your time throughout your meal. My favorite meal BY FAR in Italy has been the Maccheroncetti di Pasta Fresca con Salsiccia & Crema Tartucata. I have already gone back to eat it again because of how amazing the flavor is! I may have to go back a third time I will miss this restaurant so much- for the amazing people and the food. Gratzia!!
